As a busy health care provider, I see viruses A LOT this time of year, so here’s my top 10 ways on how to avoid a viral infection (cold, flu, stomach virus, etc!)

  1. Consume as many antioxidants as possible.  Tea, coffee, + red wine are beverages high in antioxidants.
